Have I mentioned how much I love Haruki Murakami novels? Every single book is like watching Inception for the first time. After I’m through with the dreamlike journeys, I get to enjoy John Gall’s beautiful cover illustrations on my bookshelves. They are like pieces of art. The illustrations inspired me to mash up cover art with equally as colorful outfits from The Sartorialist. Now if only I can be inspired to dress in more colors…

Wow!! This is so beautiful,, cool and just amazing! Two of my favorite things combined in such a great way!
thank you athena! glad you like it!

This is one of the most brilliant blog posts I have ever seen. It excites me and I am excited!
Lovely Mashup! Haruki is one of my favorite writers whose name and novels I remember, which is rare for me. I’d like to introduce your post with some of your great pics via my blog if you’re okay with that. My blog is in Korean so you might not be able to understand what it says.
